You can create habits among your kids of a healthy hygiene routine when they are young so it can be last throughout their lives. There are different types of personal hygiene.

Washing hands 

Make sure you teach your kids how to wash their hands properly. Ensure their activities before and after the meal. Use a clean towel to wipe their hands. The towel should be washed and changed frequently.

  • Tell them to wash their hand every time
  • They use bathroom
  • After they sneezed or coughed
  • When they finish their meal
  • After touching any animal
  • After playing outside.

Oral hygiene

It is very important for you to take care of your child’s oral hygiene, which includes his mouth and . Ignoring Oral hygiene at an early stage of life may develop several oral issues such as , bad breathe, and other oral diseases.  

Hair care

Dandruff, lice, and scalp are the reason for poor hair care. To avoid these you should tell your kid how to take care of his hair.

  • Tell them not to share their comb, pillow, and with others.
  • Assist them in washing their hair properly, So that they don’t do it in a wrong way
