Sara Ali Khan has stunned everyone with her body transformation over the years. Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Her parents got separated when Sara was very young.

She had a dream since her childhood that she had to grow up to be an actress. But her father never wanted her to become an actress. He wanted her to focus on her studies first. So she went abroad for her higher studies.

She did her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath movie. Now she is creating a huge buzz in the acting industry. 

 Sara Ali Khan shared a lot of pictures on her Instagram handle in which you guys will not recognize that she is Sara. One might have to take a glass to identify her as she weighted 96 kg at that time.

 Recently Sara Ali khan got spotted talking about her weight loss journey at a popular TV show Koffee with Karan. From where she wrote a lot of headlines.

She has reported in her somewhere interviews that she used to eat a lot of pizza during her college time. She said there was a Tom’s Pizza shop where she ate only pizza at lunch, dinner and breakfast. For women, the 96 kg weight is very much and she looked too fat. She had the same dream in her eyes that she grew up to be an actress.

Sara also has PCOS, one of the reasons for excess weight. Same dream motivated her and encouraged her to lose weight. She thought she had to go to Bollywood then she thought she can’t go with this body then she worked on herself.

Sara also mentioned that there was a shop near to that pizza shop where healthy food was found. so she shifted from that pizza shop to the shop where she got healthy food. She started from that day and started eating healthy and also joined the gym. And today her weight is 48 Kg and we all see her as a beautiful and talented actor in movies.

 She switched from pizza to salad and from lethargic to cardio. Sara simply started eating healthy and started working out when she was in New York.

She said there were so many different types of classes in the city from functional training to cycling to boxing. But because she was overweight at the start so it was more about cardio heavy workouts like walking, cycling and hitting the treadmill so that she can lose weight for the intermediate form of exercises.

Sara likes to switch between multiple workouts like pilates, cardio, functional training and kickboxing. She does workout only six days in a week.
